Mix together in a large bowl:
5 cups cornbread - crumbled
6 cups soft bread - torn into small pieces
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
Then add to a sauce pan:
1/2 cup butter
1 cup celery
1/2 cup onion
Once the celery and onion are tender add to dry ingredients. Then add in:
2 beaten eggs
1 1/4 cup chicken broth
Mix all ingredients together - gently. Add more broth if necessary - anywhere from 1/2 to 1 cup is enough.
Cook in a covered casserole for 45 minutes.
